Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist in our Life Department. This individual contributor position is responsible for implementing and managing the most complex digital marketing plans to raise awareness about the company and its products and services. The position uses advanced knowledge and techniques to manage digital marketing content across various channels including email, blogs, e-newsletters, social media pages and communities (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest), videos (e.g. YouTube), display advertising on Web Sites, podcasts, and mobile Web Sites and applications. The position reviews and analyzes metrics from digital marketing campaigns to optimize future campaigns. The position may work with outside agencies to manage execution of digital campaigns.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Works on extremely complex issues/problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance where business acumen, leadership or ingenuity are required.
• Typically works on assignments in one or more business or specialized professional areas, mentors staff, provides management backup, and may lead or manage sizable projects.
• Possesses advanced knowledge in either a broad discipline or narrow, specialized field, AND has a seasoned understanding of the business and industry environment.
• Demonstrates exceptional initiative, creativity and innovation skills.
• Possesses project management skills and may act in a lead capacity. Independently applies a variety of complex methods/skills with significant autonomy to develop novel, customized solutions. Keeps abreast of innovations in the field to introduce specialized 'state- of -the art' concepts to develop customized business solutions.
• Provides guidance and management advice that has a large impact on cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality.
• Conceives, plans, and conducts research to guide the development and implementation of new initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Experience working with CRM platforms (specifically, Salesforce.com), mainframe and web based applications
• An innovative thinker with a true passion for and knowledge of disruptive technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience interfacing with vendors and cross functional teams
