  • Conduct professional telephone conversations to sell life insurance and annuity products in a high call volume environment
  • Problem-solve and use time effectively to multitask and prioritize work
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships


A starting annual salary of $38,257 ($19.62 per hour). 

The 37.5 hour schedule will be one of the following shifts:

Monday through Friday, 11:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday, 1:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

All available shifts include working every 4th Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a day off during that week

A 6 week training will take place during the daytime shift of 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
    • Previous customer service and sales experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Computer keyboard  and processing skills
    • Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
    • After hire, employees are required to complete the Amica Life Training Program, and obtain state life insurance producer licenses (comprehensive training will be provided)
