Are you looking for a job in a growing industry with new products, new markets and new technology?

Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Marketing Specialist or Sr. Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will leverage research and analytical insights to assist marketing management with integrating and optimizing Amica’s multichannel marketing programs. The incumbent is expected to collaborate with other marketing and insights professionals to plan and execute various marketing campaigns as well as assess the effectiveness of these campaigns, and ultimately meet our lead generation goal.

Successful candidates are required to have deep understanding of customer behavior, experience and expectations, a broad knowledge of marketing campaign development and execution, and be an effective project manager.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external agency partners to plan, design/test, and implement marketing campaigns
• Leverage research and analytics insights related to preferences, expectations and experience of prospects and customers to improve existing and future marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow Amica’s relationship with external lead-gen partners, especially lead aggregators
• Analyze and assess the effectiveness, especially ROIs of marketing campaigns and programs
• Help drive Amica’s customer communication personalization strategy
• Handle some marketing administrative tasks as budgeting, invoicing and vendor management
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• At least two-years’ experience as marketing specialist or similar role
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Thorough understanding of various marketing channels including direct mail, TV, SEO, email and social media etc.
• Fluency with Excel, Tableau, SAS and other BI or analytical tools is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal communication skills, an effective presenter
• Excellent copywriting skills for both traditional marketing campaigns and digital campaigns
• Proven organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics
• Supports campaign creative development and audience targeting
• Experience with direct mail marketing and lead aggregators are a plus
