Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing calls and other contacts in accordance with established guidelines
  • Assist customers with payments over the phone, enrollment of the automatic payment plan, issuance of duplicate bills or other customer’s billing concerns
  • Document all calls and transactions
  • Handle calls accurately and in a timely manner
  • Approach all responsibilities with a positive and professional outlook
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Position Requirements:

  • Requires regular weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
  • Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

Part time schedules will be one of three available schedules:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Sunday: 12:00pm – 9pm
Monday and Tuesday: 5:30-9:30

or

Thursday Friday Saturday
Thursday and Friday: 5:30-9:30PM
Saturday: 12:00-9:00PM

or

Weekdays M-F:
6:00-9:00PM
