Our office located in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Associate National Service Specialist.

Position description:
The first notice of loss group (FNOL) is responsible for taking countrywide FNOL reports within our Electronic Claim File system. The selected individuals will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the handling of countrywide inbound and outbound telephone service calls. Additional duties include assisting with our roadside assistance and glass programs.

Requirements:
Candidates will be required to secure and maintain adjuster licensure. Must demonstrate sound verbal and written communication skills and work with minimum supervision. Will be required to type approximately 35 wpm and document conversations and transactions during telephone calls with customers. Understanding of policy coverages and Amica procedures is also required. May be called upon to perform additional job duties.

The two available 37.5 hour shifts are as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday – Friday, 2:00pm-9:30pm, Week 2 – will include Saturday hours 1:30pm-9:00pm with a day off during the week.
and
- Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-9:30pm, and Sundays 8:00am-3:30pm
