Our office located in Austin, Texas is seeking a Technical Assistant III (Office Assistant), with a starting salary of $28,250 ($13.58/hour).

The job duties include general support to the office staff including but not limited to processing mail, faxes, filing, processing policyholder payments, and handling customer contact situations. May be called upon to perform additional job duties.

Employees will be required to obtain state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) as well as letter writing and computer processing. Comprehensive training is provided.

Good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision is required.
