• Efficiently processes incoming customer calls and routes to the proper destination in a highly professional manner
• Reports potential telephony issues 
• May be called upon to handle other duties as requested

Salary and Work Schedule

A starting annual salary of $34,132 ($17.50 per hour)

The 37.5-hour schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the potential to work holidays


  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to process calls expeditiously in a customer-focused manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
  • Scheduling flexibility to provide coverage on weekday skeleton crews
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
