Responsibilities:

• Works across multiple agile teams, who are developing Salesforce functionality, to align all teams to ensure they are following the established best practices and processes as well as maintaining consistency with how Salesforce is being developed across teams.
• Partners with IT Talent Managers to help support the necessary training and growth of team members working within Salesforce.
• Collaborates with the business including Product Owners and Stakeholders to understand Salesforce needs and align strategy appropriately.
• Oversees the day to day operational support for Salesforce including incident and major incident management process as well as approvals for code moving to production.
• Ensures Salesforce meets or exceeds standards for performance and up-time.
• Responsible for maintaining effective internal controls and executing risk and control procedures.
• Relationship manager for the Salesforce solution vendors.
• Create and drive the short and long term Salesforce strategy while aligning with cross functional partners.
• Manage relationships with business partners. This includes understanding long term business direction as well as how the production application is meeting business needs.
• Awareness of and driving to new technology, tools, automatic upgrades, integrations and overall direction.
• Proactive about developing, encouraging, and implementing continuous process improvements.
• Aligns with the Tech Strategy Office to ensure direction works with the overall technical strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience managing/coordinating projects and/or teams, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Must possess strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills at all levels.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive in following-up.
• Highly adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to support and drive change.
• Hold, actively pursuing, or willing to pursue relevant Salesforce certifications as well as ITIL certification.
