Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial data
  • Update and maintain financial models used in the planning and forecasting process
  • Evaluate corporate initiatives through cost-benefit analyses
  • Prepare various financial reports for management
  • Analyze variances between actual, planned and forecasted results


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics or related field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role strongly preferred
  • Proficient mathematics background with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Solid computer skills, most importantly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new software tools as needed
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently or in a team setting
  • Good written and verbal communication; able to network well with others across the department and organization
  • Inquisitive and detail-oriented with strong research, organizational and time management skills
