Senior IT Process Manager

Responsibilities:
• Sustaining process outcomes and providing leadership and management over process activities and resources.
• Ensures that all activities are carried out as required throughout the process and service lifecycle.
• Identifies and authorizes process enhancements for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process and related activities.
• Defines metrics and measures process performance against expected outcomes.
• Ensures that the appropriate process documentation is created, made available, and remains current.
• Responsible for the definition and management of the policies, practices, and standards that are employed throughout the process.
• Provides mentoring on process management, documentation, and process tools to Process Managers and staff.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years IT experience, including process and project management, or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Functional understanding of industry standard process frameworks and best practices (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, Lean)
• Strong facilitation and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written presentation skills
