  • Analyze and test software (cloud and/or in-house) to ensure that products meet design specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate and design test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures based on business requirements.
  • Test any new software to ensure functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications are adhered to.
  • Contribute to standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness.
  • Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated/exploratory test cases, and clearly document software defects. Identify and coordinate the execution of automation for common test cases.
  • Conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.
  • Review and provide feedback on product feature requirements.
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as outlined.


  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with test automation software including Selenium.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Agile team environment using the Atlassian suite, i.e. Jira, Confluence, and TM4J is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Java, Eclipse software is preferred.
  • FLMI (LOMA designations) preferred.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT & business systems, including databases and integration technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours.
