Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an experienced marketing/research analyst to join the Marketing Department’s reporting, research and analytical efforts. Candidates are required to have a broad knowledge of market research and marketing analytics, and have several years of experience in consolidating and analyzing cross-channel marketing data to extract actionable business insights.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and manage customer surveys and other research activities
•Develop and enhance advertising, direct mail, and market research reports
•Collaborate with other analysts and professionals to collect data and information needed to enhance and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
•Proactively analyze prospect, customer, and competitor related data, and extract actionable insights for marketing planning and decision-making
•Communicate research, analytical findings and implications to management
•Participate in professional development programs
•May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

•Five years or more relevant experience
•A four-year college degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred
•Strong project management and communication skills
•Must be able to work independently and within a team
•Public speaking skills
•Able to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
•Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs (Excel and Access)
•Proficiency in statistical and reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy is required
•Proven experience in developing survey questionnaires, and using comprehensive survey or customer feedback systems, as well as, dashboard reporting tools is desired
•Knowledge of Datawatch Monarch, R, SQL data integration tools is a plus
