Our office located in Lincoln, RI is currently accepting resumes for potential summer jobs. Summer positions may include but not limited to:

• Office-Provides general office support.
• Service Center-Provides exceptional customer service through handling inbound and outbound telephone service calls relative to claims First Notice of Loss (FNOL), glass, towing, billing inquiries, and basic underwriting questions.
• Mail-Performs a variety of mail related functions.
• Print Services–Performs various duties within Mail and Print Services utilizing a variety of copying and finishing equipment.
• Maintenance-Responsible for performing general building maintenance.
• Distribution–Performs miscellaneous stockroom/loading dock tasks as well as washing utility vehicles.
• Grounds Keeping-Operate lawn care equipment, plumbing and mechanical repairs and assist with carpet, painting and construction projects.

Summer employment starts in May or June and ends in late August.

Summer employees should be at least juniors in high school entering their senior year or full-time college students who are planning to return to college full-time in the fall. Graduate students are not eligible for summer employment.

• Resume submission will only be accepted from through March 31st.
• Students selected for an interview will be contacted during mid March through mid April and will be notified by the end of April as to whether or not they were selected for a summer position.
• Interviews may be conducted up until the end of April.
• Only those selected for further consideration by the department will be contacted for an interview.
