Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Team Leader. This position involves daily supervision, development and training of direct reports.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers. Reports customer feedback to assist with the development of products and services
• Effectively builds teams to achieve high performance results
• Uses logic and known methods to problem solve with effective solutions and provide sound recommendations
• Handles situations with an advanced level of difficulty, including escalated complaint resolution, with limited supervision.
• Works closely with the leadership team in supporting company’s goals and initiatives
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Must have a current state insurance license and maintain license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Adherence to our Service Standards
• Has a solid understanding of the purpose, objective, practice and procedures of the department
• Committed to attending educational and professional improvement programs
