Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the reporting of unclaimed checks to all 50 states for Property & Casualty and Life businesses.
  • Facilitate the due diligence letter and review process for checks prior to being reported.
  • Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships for unclaimed property inquiries.
  • Maintain the Unclaimed Property system with clear and accurate check information from various source systems.
  • Operate with a lesser degree of supervision, knowing when to escalate problems for resolution.
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school completion with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven with strong attention to detail
