Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Technical Specialist II within our Accounting Department. The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical support with regards to various accounting functions.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Duties include tax and compliance report preparation/filing, timely payment of assessments and estimates, maintenance of paper filing system, records retention.
• Operates with a moderate degree of supervision, knowing when to refer issues or problems to a higher authority.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree and/or working toward Bachelor's degree
• Relatable work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and deadlines
