Amica is searching for talented individuals for our Associate SCS Team Manager role in our countrywide branch offices as part of our Future Leaders Program. As a mutual company, our people are our priority. Our Future Leaders Program begins with a paid hands-on training at our headquarters in Rhode Island, followed by personal mentorships and extensive professional growth opportunities.
 
This position requires relocation to any of our 27 offices.*

*Availability is subject to business needs and location is determined during the training class.
 
Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead a team of representatives with varying levels of experience to meet sales and service goals.
  • Evaluate new-business applications and complex files to determine acceptable insurance risks.
  • Identify and implement motivational techniques to increase employee engagement.
  • Conduct team and one-on-one meetings on a regular basis.
  • Review representatives’ recorded calls to identify coaching and development opportunities.
  • Work closely with representatives and customers to resolve inquiries related to sales and customer service.
  • Oversee completion of incoming files to ensure proper handling.
  • Update and train the team on job-related changes as needed.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, any major
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Willingness and ability to relocate across the U.S.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
Salary

The Associate Team Manager role has a starting salary of $60,000
 
This position will generally require relocation to any of our West Regional operations: 

Service Center Operations-West (Liberty Lake, WA)
Oregon Regional (Tigard, OR)
National Sales Center-West (Henderson, NV)
Phoenix Regional (Phoenix, AZ)
Southern California (Costa Mesa, CA)
Northern California (Petaluma, CA)
Denver Regional (Lone Tree, CO)
