Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join the team!
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for negotiating and facilitating the procurement of goods and services. Act as a subject matter expert in contract negotiations and due diligence reviews for all goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Procure goods and services in accordance with the Corporate Procurement Policy and Accounting disbursement approval limits
- Prepare and solicit Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and less complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Handle RFQ & RFP evaluation, negotiations and vendor selection process to ensure award recommendation considers quality, risk, cost, value, and procedural compliance
- Facilitate Vendor Onboarding process ensuring completion of required due diligence supplier and contract reviews
- Draft/modify contracts, services agreements, amendments and statements of work in accordance with negotiated terms, conditions, pricing and service requirements
- Handle contract renewal process in accordance with contract administration guidelines
- Manage contracts and programs to ensure contracted pricing, service levels and agreed upon terms and conditions are being honored by suppliers
- Evaluate programs and pricing to achieve ongoing cost reductions and efficiencies
- Keep abreast of market and industry trends
- Draft/update policies and procedures
- Responsible for Supplier Diversity reports
- Work with minimal supervision, referring issues to a higher authority as appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
The 37.5-hour work week is scheduled from Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
A hybrid schedule will be available once trained to work independently, with three days reporting to our Lincoln, RI office and two days working from home.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Major)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and negotiation strategies/procedures, procurement/contract management systems, basic to intermediate RFP experience
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven process and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Functional and technical skills applicable to the specific area of work
- Internal and external customer focus
- Development and maintenance of peer relationships to aid in teamwork and problem solving and capable of working under tight deadlines
