Position Summary:
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects at Amica.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master on AI-related projects
- Defining the project charter and definition of done for projects with a business analysis mindset to set the project team up for success
- Curating business requirements and turning them into user stories in Jira for consumption by the development team
- Having a servant leadership mindset and working to support the Scrum team
- Scheduling all Scrum ceremonies and helping to remove blockers
- The agile delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget on a monthly release cadence
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met
- Testing solutions prior to production and facilitating user testing/feedback sessions
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies, as needed
- Communicating progress, risks, and issues, and providing regular status updates
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Continuously improving delivery processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Salary:
This is a full-time position based on a 37.5 hour work week. The starting annual salary is between $100,000 - $135,000 based on level of previous experience and/or applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry. In addition, hired applicants will be eligible for the company’s annual variable incentive paid based on company performance. Additional commission opportunities may apply to customer facing sales and service representatives.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology area and 10-15 years of experience driving technology and data projects as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. Basic understanding of the insurance industry is a nice to have.
- Experience: Proven experience as Product Owner and as a Scrum Master on projects with a strong portfolio of successful projects (AI projects preferred, but software-related project examples can be leveraged)
- Technical Skills: Awareness of AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms as well as project-related tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Genesys AI capabilities, and Salesforce AI capabilities nice to have.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with various roles and business areas
- Innate Curiosity: Illustrate a passion for technology and possess an innate curiosity that helps drive innovation at Amica

- Agile: Experience as Product Owner and Scrum Master on Scrum and Kanban teams and managing to a monthly release cadence
