We seek differences of opinion, life experience and perspective to represent the diversity of our policyholders and achieve the best possible outcomes. Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join the team!

The newly created Integrated Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our cross-channel campaign strategy, planning and operations. This role works with channel managers, analytics, brand and creative, web strategy, product development, project management, and agency partners to help achieve Amica’s brand and demand goal.

This is a hybrid position that requires three days per week in our Lincoln, RI office and provides two work from home days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops briefs, go to market strategy, playbooks, media plan, campaign calendar and related processes.
  • Partners with cross functional teams to align strategy, audience, creative and experience across linear and addressable TV/OTT/CTV, digital video, audio and podcasts, social, programmatic, paid search, lead aggregators, email, direct mail and brand/media sponsorships.
  • Partners with channel managers, data scientists, marketing mix modeling partners and agencies to analyze campaign performance and determine optimal media mix to achieve brand and demand outcomes.
  • Manages media budget, partners with data scientists to determine optimal media mix and recommend budget allocation and shifts based on performance. 
  • Coordinates team meetings to foster integration and data driven decision making.
  • Provides regular updates to stakeholders on strategic shifts, performance and progress.
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years related experience.
  • Insurance knowledge preferred.
  • Experience working at or managing an agency.
  • Experience directly managing people and projects.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns and achieve performance goals.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within in a high energy team environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and present information to audiences of various levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of analytics, marketing measurement and interpreting data to make optimization recommendations.

Amica conducts background checks which includes a review of criminal, educational, employment and social media histories, and if the role involves use of a company vehicle, a motor vehicle or driving history report.
