Our way of saying thanks for all that you do.
At Amica, we measure our success by how well we serve the stakeholders of our company: our employees, customers, communities and business partners. These stakeholders make us who we are, and help us grow as a company every day.
This is the reason that one of our guiding principles is to recognize our employees’ efforts. They work hard to achieve our goals, and we work hard to find ways to celebrate their successes. Whether it’s a note of thanks or a story highlighting an achievement in our company newsletter, we understand the importance of saying “thank you.”
The majority of our employees stay with us for at least a decade, with many spending 25 years or more here. Our Service Award Program recognizes and rewards employees after achieving their first-, third- and fifth-year service milestones, and then every five years thereafter. We also honor our employees with 25 years or more of service and pensioners at a special event each year.
Another way we recognize our employees is by distributing a Success Sharing bonus to all eligible employees in the years that the company meets or exceeds goals for combined ratio, service and growth.
